Delivery & Shipping Terms

At OPTIFY, we strive to ensure that your products reach you in the fastest possible time frame. All our products are tailor made for customers and the process includes multi-level quality checks & sanitization for a safe & secure dispatch every time.

You will also receive confirmation via Email/SMS once your orders are dispatched from our warehouse. The base timelines are given below:

Post-dispatch, the delivery timelines slightly vary as per the city you are in. The same is given below in the form of a table.

Mode of Shipping: -
  • We’ve partnered with third party logistic service providers to manage product delivery. There may be certain areas / pin codes where the logistic partners have less reach/network. Hence, we urge our customers to check their pin code for serviceability at the time of order placement.
  • Customers are requested to provide accurate, complete and correct shipping address aided with identifiable landmark for a hassle-free delivery. In failure of the same, the delivery & its timeline might get affected. In case the delay arises due customer’s unavailability / incorrect or incomplete details etc. OPTIFY will not be held liable for the same at any given point in time.
  • Certain conditions might result in delayed deliveries e.g.: Political restrictions/disruptions, Logistic issues/technicalities beyond the purview of OPTIFY, Unsuitable weather, & other unforeseen circumstances.
  • OPTIFY shall make reasonable efforts to inform customers about the anticipated delay (if any) via Email / SMS.
  • Post order dispatch, the customers are provided with a valid AWB / tracking number, that may / may not be subject to inconsistencies of time-lags arising at the end of the logistic partner.

Terms of Shipping in case of Non-Serviceable Pin Codes : -
  • Prepaid orders with non-serviceable pin codes are sent through Speed Post.
  • Normal delivery & refund schedule will not be applicable for goods sent through Speed Post.
  • In case of Prepaid/COD orders with non-serviceable pin codes, returns would have to be initiated by the customers themselves. OPTIFY will reimburse courier charges of up to ₹65 via bank transfer to customers in this case.


*For Rural pin codes served by India Post, the delivery may take up to 30 days.

Convenience Fee : -
  • OPTIFY provides Free Shipping on all Prepaid Orders*.
  • A charge of ₹0 will be levied on orders placed via Cash on Delivery option .
  • *Convenience Fee of ₹399 will be levied on all orders whose net price (excluding tax) is ₹348 or less.
